Why Gary Wandschneider Fits in the Hostess Brands
The name of Gary Wandschneider might be smeared some years back because of an unavoidable controversy, which left him out of work. Being a high profile Wall Street executive has its price and this is what he learned from that experience. With a yearly compensation of $3 million and the same amount from his stock options, he is a good target for extortionists.
Gary Wandschneider has since moved from that incident and he was able to regain his life back. He now occupied the same position he lost in 2006 – that of the Vice President of Operations. He used to work as the VP for Worldwide Operations for the Pepsi Bottling Group, now he occupied the same position at the Hostess Brands, Inc who like him has re-emerged after filing for bankruptcy protection in 2004. Mr. Wandschneider will be bringing in with him almost 30 years of technical expertise and experience to the company. The Hostess Brands might not have the same market as the PBG, but the scope of their operations is the same. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, he started as a Production Manager for the Pepsi-Cola North America. He held various positions from manufacturing and operations positions, as the General Manager for the Texoma business unit, as the Vice President for Marketing and Logistics, until his latest position in the company. Just like Hostess Brands, Mr. Wandschneider can be considered as a good product that might have his setbacks. Like Hostess Brands, he too can re-emerge in the business world and prove his mettle again.

How to Start and Finish Hardwood Floor with Nails
Changing house decoration can be in many ways. You can change your house furniture or you can change your door, windows and flooring. If you’re interested in nature atmosphere, then it is recommended for you to change your flooring with hardwood flooring. If budget is your problem, then you can do the flooring on your own. Be sure that you can do the installation on your own as long as you know the procedure or how to do it and of course you’re completed with the right equipments and tools.
Hardwood installation is commonly requiring pneumatic stapler. But if the edge of the floor is too small then you can use the stapler and start and finish it with nail gun. And what you need for your hardwood flooring is hardwood floorboards, pneumatic floor stapler, miter saw, nail gun and of course positive placement nails.
First thing to do is lay down the board along the wall side, with the grooved facing the wall and give 3/8 inches space between them to allow wood expansion. From the top, nail the board using your nail board in every 2 feet. To fit the room, cut the end of the board with miter saw.
Locking the tongue and groove of the board edges together and position the nail gun with downward angle above the tongue and drive it from the board side. Make sure you have the right angle with you in order not to repeat the same action twice.
After you installed four or five course you can set the floor stapler. Set the stapler on the previous laid courses for the new course. With nose down, hook the front edge of the board and drive in the staple with using mallet to hit the firing pad. Work it around the floor and cut the board using miter saw when it needed. If the final courses don’t have enough room for the stapler you must use the nail gun.
